Okay…I can’t remember his name at the moment (but I will look it up).  The 1949 version of Little Women was just on TCM (Mary Astor, June Allyson, Peter Lawford, Liz Taylor, Janet Leigh) and I noticed that the actor who played a doctor in GWTW was the same actor who “doctored” little Beth’s Scarlet Fever…

So:  who played the doctor in Gone With The Wind (whose famous line was:  ”Remember yourself, Mrs. Mead!) and ten years later, again played a doctor in the 1949 version of Little Women?  Tick, tock, tick, tock everyone!
