Alert! US Abattoir Being Readied to Open
Horse Harbor, a horse sanctuary in Washington State, has just published this in The Stablewoman Gazette. UPDATE: I removed the link as it’s clear that this was a false alarm. Still, let’s all remain vigilant.
Since this is a “re-posting”, I’m not sure whether it was imminent at the time or was someone jumping the gun based on rumour. Either way, Bouvry certainly isn’t one to let the grass grow under his feet.

Hi Sam, I think Stablewoman Gazette realized that this post “re-posted” could not be verified/substantiated…so she removed it. Nevertheless, you and I and all horse advocates will remain vigilant.
